Terms of Service

Last updated 19 August 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the LocalShot platform provided by ShotPro Technologies, Inc. (“ShotPro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

The Service

LocalShot provides local marketing software for shooting ranges and similar local businesses, including AI-assisted website and blog content, published and hosted location websites, AI visibility and search reporting, review and listings management, and an included CRM. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions, billing and renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you select, through our payment processor Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for successive periods of the same length until you cancel.
  • Adding a location changes your subscription and the amount charged. Additional locations are billed at the per-location rate for your plan and interval.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend the Service until payment succeeds.
  • We may change prices. Changes apply to your next renewal, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before they take effect.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

Plan limits and changes

Each plan includes a set number of geo stacks, pages per stack, and blog posts per month. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades are not self-serve, because reducing your plan can leave you above the limits of the smaller plan; contact us and we will arrange it. If your account ends up over its limits, content above the limit may be archived rather than deleted, and can be restored by upgrading again.

Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the business information, logos, images and text you provide. You grant us a licence to host, reproduce, adapt and publish that material solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

Content we generate for you is yours. As between you and us, you own the page and blog content generated in your account once it is published, and you may continue to use it after your subscription ends. Hosting, publishing, the portal and the connected integrations stop when your subscription ends.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. Drafts are created for your review and nothing is published to a live site without your action.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft content, suggest topics and analyse visibility. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and results are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you choose to publish, including any claims about firearms, training, safety, pricing, licensing or availability. Do not publish generated content without reading it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to publish content that is unlawful where you operate.
  • Publish content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Publish false or misleading claims, including claims about firearm sales, transfers, licensing or regulatory compliance.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with the Service or its rate limits.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
  • Upload contact information you do not have permission to use, or use the included CRM to send messages in breach of anti-spam or telemarketing laws.

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including firearms regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google, Stripe and Revfinity / HighLevel. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or acts. Connecting or disconnecting them is your choice.

Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you are responsible for owning it, maintaining its registration, and making the DNS changes we specify. We are not responsible for downtime caused by domain or DNS misconfiguration outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to by law. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, your published sites are taken offline and your access to the portal ends. We retain your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, AI visibility, traffic and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including third-party algorithms. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, score, traffic level, or business outcome.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish through the Service, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.
